Our Story

It all started back in 1972 with the vision and foresight of our founder Dave Harman Sr., and a with a simple idea: provide people with good homes, take care of properties the right way, and treat people honestly. More than 50 years later, that idea still guides Harman Property Management Group.

Over the decades, we’ve owned properties ourselves. We’ve developed them, bought them, sold them, and managed them. We’ve experienced the opportunities—and the challenges—that come with owning real estate. Along the way, we’ve grown from our beginnings in Utah to managing properties and serving clients throughout Utah and Wyoming.

A lot has changed since 1972, but the principles behind our business haven’t. We believe property management is ultimately about people. It’s about the resident looking for a place they’ll be happy to come home to—a place that feels comfortable, safe, and truly like home. It’s about the property owner who worked hard to build an investment and wants someone they can trust to take care of it.
